Lab Systems Supervisor

About Your New Job

• The Lab systems supervisor will lead, coach and mentor a team of Metrology & Informatics Specialists.
• Administrate all laboratory software systems, including ALEXIS LIMS system, Velquest Smartlab ELN, and Empower 3.
• For all laboratory equipment, manage all aspects of the laboratory equipment lifecycle, from procurement to retirement.
• Support the weekly and daily QC schedules and participate in the daily team meetings to review shift goals and to review execution against the shift’s goals while also representing the area at the daily leadership peer meetings.
• The lab systems supervisor will be responsible for scalating and investigating laboratory floor issues related to laboratory personnel, safety, procedures, materials, process, equipment, automation, utilities, and/or information systems as appropriate.

What Skills You Need

• You will have a relevant 3rd level degree with at least 3 years QC experience 
• Experience with HPLC, LIMS, ELN.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
