About Your New Job
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining coffee machines for a diverse client base. You’ll ensure equipment is operating at peak performance, respond to breakdowns when needed, and be a friendly, reliable point of contact for customers. Some work at the head office in Baldonnell Business Park will also be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and maintain coffee equipment for clients.
- Diagnose and repair technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Respond to breakdowns promptly, providing top-class service.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships, ensuring high coffee quality standards.
What Skills You Need
- A good knowledge of plumbing and electronics is beneficial.
- Previous experience with coffee machines is an advantage but not essential.
- A full, clean driving license is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive, flexible attitude and excellent customer service skills.
- A passion for coffee or a general interest in the industry.
