On the back of continued growth, they require a Junior Project Manager for a commercial Project in Dublin City.

About Your New Job

As a Junior Project Manager, you’ll play a key support role in delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget. Working alongside senior engineers, and site teams, you'll help coordinate site activities, track progress, manage documentation, and assist with subcontractor and supplier coordination.

You’ll be involved in day-to-day site operations, attend progress meetings, and support the resolution of on-site challenges. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their leadership skills, with a solid understanding of construction processes and a hands-on approach to project delivery.

What You’ll need

As Junior Project Manager, you must possess the following:

  • A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a construction or site-based role (project coordination or engineering background a plus), preferably with a reputable builder or developer.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, project lifecycles, and site operations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Confidence in reading technical drawings and construction plans.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with site teams, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with programs like MS Project or Procore is an advantage.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn on the job.
