About Your Italian speaking Job

  • They are looking for an Italian speaker to join their busy and vibrant team where you will be dealing with customers and analysing their complaints

This is a busy and varied role where you will be involved in a variety of areas such as:

  • Analysis – you will be analysing each complaint and taking ownership of each case and analysing the root cause of each complaint and suggest corrective measures to existing processes and suggest process improvements
  • Systems & Processes – each complaint is managed via the internal Database and you will be preparing standard complaints management workflow and processes
  • Reporting – you will prepare a Report of open cases at all levels and compile a country specific dashboard
  • Meetings – you will be involved in Committee Meetings with various Departments to collect all matters that require clarification
  • Quality Process – you will process and monitor all complaints and court cases to ensure they are handled in accordance with company procedures
  • Customer Service – you will respond to the customer respectfully and comprehensively at first contact
  • Legal – You will be liaising with the Legal Department overseas for specific legal advice if the complaint related to a specific legal article or recent regulation or official legislative points.
  • Fees – You will be monitoring case costs of local Lawyers and validate Legal Fees in relation to your Cases


What Skills You Need for this Italian Job

  • Written and spoken fluent Italian
  • Written and spoken fluent English
  • At least 2 Years’ experience working in Insurance is preferable 
  • Customer services experience within an Office environment where you have dealt with written complaints via letters and post is essential
  • A Law Degree or Legal Qualification is a strong advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Must be living in Dublin or have plans in place to relocate as this role is starting ASAP
