About Your New Employer:
Our world renowned hospitality client is looking for you to join their team in Cork on a hybrid basis as their new Italian Accounts Assistant. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Italian with high spoken and written proficiencies in both languages. This role would be ideal if you have a background in administration/office experience.
About Your New Job :
• Liaise with various departments regarding outstanding fees and payments
• Ensure all record keeping is continuously up to date and accurate
• Assist with all outstanding payment processes and refunds
• Communicate with a variety of multinational finance companies in relation to credit card authorization
• Provide support and advice to clients regarding any payment related issues
• Co-ordinate payments and maintenance fees with proprietors
What Skills You Need:
• Fluency in English & Italian
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Great client relationship building skills
• Experience in Administration
