About Your New Role

  • You will be responsible for supporting an internal CRM system and related technical solutions
  • You will manage day to day assigned IT Service incidents and issues associated with company products
  • You will be supporting business function with second level technical support including maintenance of databases
  • You will be managing the priority of service incidents to ensure OLA’s and SLA’s are met
  • You will own and resolve IT Service incidents and issues in conjunction with colleagues and external suppliers
  • You will work closely with the business to capture detailed business needs and requirements and organise into agreed programme/projects of work
  • You will be liaising with Third Party suppliers, managing third party relationships and supporting 3rd party software
  • You will be providing management with timely & accurate information, advice & solutions in order to meet business objectives

What Skills You Need

  • Qualification in Information Technology or related discipline
  • 5 years' experience post qualification in systems support and project delivery
  • Knowledge in creating/querying databases, basic scripting, writing SQL statements, understanding SQL server
  • Experience in application testing, ensuring quality assurance and managing software releases
  • Experience with Office 365
  • Able to deal with vendors, suppliers and negotiate contract changes
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, relationship management skills
