IT Support Specialist / Dublin / Permanent / Hybrid

About Your New Role

• You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned IT Service incidents and issues
• You will be monitoring and supporting existing internal IT Services performance
• You will be ensuring OLA's and SLA's are met
• You will be analysing and identifying the root cause of incidents and problems, and developing solutions to prevent them from reoccurring
• You will be collaborating with the business and third party IT Service suppliers to define the necessary operational and SLAs
• You will be liaising with Third Party suppliers, managing third party relationships and supporting third party software

What Skills You Need

• Qualification in Information Technology or related discipline
• 5 years' experience in Systems Support and Project Delivery
• Experience successfully IT related change projects
• Third party vendor management experience
