IT Support Coordinator / Dublin / Permanent / Full-time / €50,000-60,000 (DOE)

About Your New Role

• You will be responsible for providing IT support for users across the company
• You will be liaising with our 3rd party IT providers to ensure timely resolution to issues and system development, project management, UAT testing and go live roll out
• You will be diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
• You will be administering Windows Active Directory and provide administration support to the IT Team
• You will be responsible for vendor management
• You will be working on ERP and warehouse management systems
• You will be participating in the development and rollout of IT projects and managing projects
• You will be managing software installation and licenses
• You will be travelling to other offices occasionally when required 

What Skills You Need

• 3+ years' experience in a similar IT role
• Knowledge and experience with Windows 10, Office 365, Anti-virus software management, Active Directory, Windows Server, networking, software systems (Warehouse management system, MS Dynamics, Qlikview, Crystal reports, Power Bi, Timesytems, Effective software)
• Previous experience in troubleshooting and project management
• Full clean driver's licence and own car
• Ability to manage your time, prioritise requests, work well with others
