About Your New Job
As the IT Support Co-Ordinator, you will be the go-to person for internal IT issues across multiple sites. This is not a full-time IT position, but a dynamic and flexible role ideal for someone confident in general IT and enjoys helping others.
You will:
🛠 Provide first-line support for everyday IT issues (e.g., login problems, password resets, device troubleshooting)
👩💻 Set up new employees with email accounts, laptops, phones, and system access
🔗 Liaise with external IT providers to escalate and coordinate resolutions on more complex issues
📄 Keep simple internal documentation and logs of support queries up to date
💬 Support and guide users on Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and other office software
What Skills You Need
✅ Confidence with general IT troubleshooting and systems
✅ Friendly and clear communication skills – able to explain technical issues to non-technical users
✅ Ability to manage tasks independently and stay organised
🚗 A full driving licence and valid passport are a plus (for monthly site visits to Galway and Glasgow)
