About Your New Role

• You will be managing third party service providers that support the infrastructure services and operations
• You will be responsible for the service and support in projects 
• You will be responsible for the overall delivery of IT infrastructure services to the business
• You will be responsible for Infrastructure security and business continuity i.e. protection against unauthorized access and/or cyber-attacks
• You will be ensuring ITIL disciplines are followed
• You will be responsible for project management of infrastructure project activity including preparation of cost benefits analysis for budget decision making
• You will be working closely with multiple vendors, managing any priority incidents
• You will be reporting on key performance (SLA) including Major incidents, projects, and planned changed and preparing presentations on these reports to Senior Management as required
• You will act as an escalation point within the IT Infrastructure Service Support function
• You will be making recommendations for service improvement plans and ensure actions are followed through to completion in a timely manner

What Skills You Need

• 5+ years' experience in IT and experience within IT Operations and Service Management, IT Infrastructure Design and Service Delivery
• Bachelor's degree in business management, computer science, or relevant technical experience
• Expert knowledge of ITIL disciplines
• Experience managing 3rd parties and 3rd party delivered services
• Service delivery experience
• Strong technical background, experience in Azure, Office 365, Teams and an exposure to infrastructure security
• Have a strong knowledge of Excel pivot tables and/or Power BI and are experienced in managing data
