IT Recruitment Consultant (Perm desk) – Dublin
We are currently hiring for a Recruitment Consultant to join our IT recruitment team where you will be working on perm roles. This opportunity is based within the Sigmar Recruitment Dublin office and you will be recruiting within the Software Engineering vertical (Software Development/DevOps)

Key Duties:
- End to end management of the recruitment processes for roles within IT industry
- Consulting with all levels of candidates across the industry as to relevant job opportunities
- Relationship and account management (process management, consultation, negotiation)
- Business development (cold calling, events, networking and client meetings)
- Candidate sourcing (online, social media, networking, database management)
- Candidate screening and support (interviewing, consultation, interview preparation)
- Achieving core KPIs and sales targets
- Expanding your product knowledge and network in the industry in general
Requirements:
- 2 years experience in recruitment on a 360 desk (more is always welcome!)
- Adept communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid business acumen with entrepreneurial flair
- Results driven with ambition and drive
- High energy and tenacity
- Performs best under pressure
