IT Operations Manager / Dublin / Permanent 

About Your New Role

• You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and performance of the technical support team
• You will be manageing ticket queues and prioritise escalations based on established SLAs and resource availability
• You will be managing the device repair process
• You will be determining project requirements and work schedules
• You will be liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure tickets and projects are completed to standard
• You will be identifying risks and forming contingency plans
• You will be determining improvements to delivery and output
• You will be writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders

What Skills You Need

• 5+ years' experience in a similar role
• Previous technical leadership experience
• In depth experience with MDM systems e.g. InTune and Jamf
• Proven track record in delivering on customer expectations and operational support
• Capable of building strong positive long-term relationships with client stakeholders
• Able to create analytical reports 
• Experience with device repairs
• Able to build rapport and trust while being able to influence and respectfully challenge clients to meet their best interests
