IT Business Analyst - Wicklow/Ireland

You will map business processes improvements, translate business needs into user requirements, functional and technical specifications.

About Your New Job:

• Act as the point of contact between the customer and the IT solution provider
• Manage the engagement with senior business process owners to develop and advance their technical strategies and process-specific enhancements
• Identify opportunities to improve the services, procedures, and tools used within the organization
• Produce business or user requirements documents, use cases, screen and interface designs
• Document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis
• Provide support to Business Process Owners in evaluation changes to already embedded processes

What Skills You’ll Need:

• 1+ years’ IT Business Analysis experience
• Relevant qualification in Information Technology and/or Business
• Strong analytical, interpersonal skills
• MS Office
• Experience or interest in the forestry industry is a strong advantage 
• Good understanding of technology solutions and application development
