About Your New Job
- Maintain Accurate Records: As the Inventory Controller, you will maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems.
- Conduct Stock Checks: Regularly conduct stock checks and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Monitor Stock Levels: Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory.
- Receive and Inspect Materials: Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials efficiently.
- Track Inventory Movement: Track inventory movement and identify discrepancies to ensure smooth operations.
- Generate Reports: Generate inventory reports and analyze data to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with Teams: Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely supply of materials.
- Implement Procedures: Implement and improve inventory control procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
What Skills You Need
- Experience: Experience in inventory management or a related field.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in using inventory management software.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Communication: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Logistics Knowledge: Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
- Language Skills: Good communication skills in English.
