About your new job
- Ensuring the efficient operation of warehouse activities, encompassing the reception, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Preserving precise inventory levels and conducting routine stock assessments to uphold inventory accuracy.
- Synchronizing with various departments to streamline stock movements and promptly resolve any arising concerns.
- Enforcing health and safety protocols to foster a secure work setting.
- Partnering with the Operations Manager to refine warehouse procedures and pinpoint enhancement opportunities.
- Overseeing waste disposal and management.
- Aiding in the scheduling and coordination of work tasks to meet operational requirements.
What skill/experience you need
- Preferred background includes prior work in a warehouse setting, ideally in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise in warehouse operations, including inventory management and stock control procedures.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven capability to thrive under pressure and adhere to stringent deadlines.
- Skilled in utilizing warehouse management systems and related software applications.
- Familiarity with health and safety protocols pertinent to warehouse environments.
