About Your New Job

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:

  • Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities within the SMB and corporate sectors.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate and qualify leads.
  • Develop a strong pipeline and drive sales of System Video’s full range of products and solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to understand their AV requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to provide tailored solutions to customer needs.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities.

What Skills You Need

  • Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience, ideally in technology or AV solutions.
  • Proven success in a B2B sales role with a focus on new business development.
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a hunter mentality.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider sales team.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
