About Your New Job

As the Inside Sales Executive, you will:

  • Maximise sales opportunities through proactive outreach from an office or home-office setting.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Handle account queries efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and align Reach Packaging’s product offerings to meet those requirements.
  • Manage stock levels proactively, ensuring availability aligns with customer demand and agreements.
  • Promote and support customer adoption of the company’s digital ordering platform.
  • Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts to management.

What Skills You Need

  • Proven experience in an inside sales role, with a track record of success in B2B sales.
  • Strong account management skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to drive sales and resolve customer concerns effectively.
