HR Business Partner

Seeking a number of Human Resource Business Partners for 6-12 month fixed term contracts, with locations across Dublin and surrounding counties.

HRBP-12 Month FTC-€60k-Swords

HRBP-12 Month FTC-€60-65k-Dublin 12

HRBP-12 Month FTC-€70-85k-Dublin 15

HRBP-6 Month-View to perm-€60K-Dublin 11

HR Partner-Learning and Projects-12 Month FTC- €80-€90k-Dublin 1

Responsibilities include:

Collaborating with Business Management and Senior Stakeholders: Engaging in partnerships with top-level executives and management teams to provide coaching and counsel on HR best practices.

Nurturing Leadership Skills and Growth: Focusing on leadership training and development to cultivate leadership abilities throughout the organization.

Implementing Performance Management Strategies: Enacting plans for effective performance management within the organization.

Managing Compensation and Benefits Initiatives: Overseeing projects related to compensation and benefits, including the administration of salary surveys to benchmark pay rates.

Facilitating Employee Relations, Including Union Interactions: Handling employee relations matters, including specialized work with unions, particularly for a specific client.

Promoting Learning and Development Initiatives: Promoting and implementing learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

Requirements:
• 3-5 years’ experience within a business partnering role.
• CIPD Qualification.
• Will look at Senior HR Generalists for some opportunities.
