Health and Safety Manager (M&E Background)
📍 Location: Ireland (with travel across Ireland & occasional travel to Europe)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager with a strong background in the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) industry to oversee and implement health and safety policies across multiple sites in Ireland and Europe. This role requires a proactive professional who can ensure compliance, conduct site audits, and promote a strong safety culture within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies in line with Irish and EU regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and site inspections across various locations.
- Provide health and safety training to staff and contractors.
- Investigate incidents and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure a safe working environment.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and legislative changes.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of health and safety experience in the M&E industry.
Strong knowledge of Irish and EU health and safety regulations.
Willingness to travel across Ireland and occasionally to Europe.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Relevant H&S qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
