We are working with a leading organization that is currently expanding its HR System Analysis team. They are an organization based in the Northeast that can offer excellent career opportunities long term. They work in a hybrid with 3 days onsite and 2 days working remotely. This is a permanent role.

Primary Duties

• Managing and optimizing of the organizations HR systems
• Provide all relevant data analytics and user-friendly data visualization dashboards
• Act as an SME on all HRIS related issues

Requirements

• Previous experience in HRIS
• Experienced with Data Analytics
• Good communication skills

On Offer

• The client will provide a good salary of €45,000 - €50,000
