Employee Relations Advisor

Our client is a large BPO organisation, seeking an experience employee relations professional to join their HR team in Dublin. Candidates must have experience managing high volumes of employee relations cases and providing management trainings. Excellent opportunity for a ER professional to expand their experience and capabilities and join a wider HR team. Offering very competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities:
• Managing a high level of employee relations cases supporting employees across multiple client sites. Attending the WRC when required.
• Reporting of case trends in order to implement ongoing improvements and interventions.
• Providing training for management to improve capabilities in Employee Relations issues.
• Partnering with management offering advice and guidance on best practice.
• Supporting the employee lifecycle and collaborating with the wider HR team regarding employee engagement initiatives, comp and bens and recruitment.

Requirements:
• 3+ years’ experience working in an employee relations focussed role.
• Experience dealing with the WRC.
• Experience training management.
• Excellent knowledge of Irish Employment Law.

• €55,000-65,000
