About Your New Employer

We are currently looking for a HR Manager to join a professional cleaning company based in Dublin 11.

About Your New Job

  • First line of support to area managers on all HR issues or opportunities
  • Manage large scale HR projects across the business such as new site openings, system automation
  • Manage the cultural plan for the business
  • Act as a point of contact for information flow from the European HR team to the directors of the business in terms of HR updates, HR Plans etc.
  • Act as a sounding board for all European HR team members
  • Support and lead on HR projects
  • Supported by a HR advisor manage the HR life cycle with the organisation
  • Absence management and attendant support
  • Support learning and development
  • Advise managers on how to resolve situations, carry out investigations and disciplinaries
  • Manage large scale TUPE across the business

What Skills You Need

  • CIPD Membership + Third level qualification in HR
  • 5 years’ experience in a relevant position in a multi team environment
  • A – Z HR experience; employee relations, recruitment, HR projects, L&D, TUPE and case management
