HR Manager
Standalone HR Manager required for leading sports equipment retailers based in Dublin 22.
This role requires fully onsite working atrrangements.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee all aspects of human resources operations within the company.
• Develop and executive all HR initiatives and strategy.
• Partner with leadership to overcome any HR challenges.
• Oversee recruitment process.
• Talent Management and performance development.
• Implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
• Offer advice and guidance on any employee relations issues.
• Training and development.
• Assisting with wider company operations including Health and Safety and Compliance.
Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in HR or relevant fields.
• Previous experience in a HR Management role (ideally similar standalone role)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in using HRIS systems.
