Job Description: HR Generalist
Location: East Galway City
Experience Required: 3+ Years HR experience
Reporting To: HR Manager
Hybrid working after a few months. The salary is 50k plus good benefits including; Healthcare, Pension and Life Cover.

As the HR Generalist, you will be:
- Handling day-to-day HR queries from employees and management.
- Managing HR administrative tasks such as contracts, probation extensions, sickness absence, and maternity/paternity matters.
- Producing HR management information, statistics, and reports within agreed time frames.
- Participating in the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and programs.
- Supporting with the implementation of new systems including Workday.
- Assisting with disciplinary, grievance, and performance management procedures.
- Assisting with reporting and HR Metrics.
What Skills You Need
- Minimum of 2 years solid HR experience, particularly in absenteeism and/or disciplinary management. The volume of ER issues is not high however experience in this area will be beneficial.
- Knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
- Degree in HR or a third-level qualification in HRM is preferable but not essential, and/or a CIPD qualification.
- Experience with Workday and TMS systems is preferable but not essential.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a flexible and adaptable approach in a changing environment.
- Experience of working in a fast paced HR environment will be advantageous.
