A leading global marketing communications company are seeking a HR Generalist to join their team.

About Your New Job

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Assist in HR policy development and ensure legal compliance.
• Conduct orientations for new employees and manage smooth onboarding.
• Administer HR processes: contracts, payroll, benefits, leave, and records.
• Support performance management: goal-setting, evaluations, feedback.
• Develop and deliver HR training programs.
• Manage employee records with confidentiality and data protection.
• Stay updated on HR trends, offer advice to managers and employees.
• Process various leave types and track requests.
• Assist Director of People & Talent in employee relations matters.
• Manage visa applications and work permits for employees.
• Collaborate with teams for HR initiatives and foster company culture.
• Handle People Team communications and ad hoc tasks/projects

What Skills You Need

• This position will be under the supervision of the Director of People & Talent. The preferred candidate should possess the following qualities:
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Upholds integrity and prioritizes confidentiality.
• Proficient administration skills.
• Self-starter with strong initiative.
• Effective time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience.
• HR qualification (Certificate, Diploma, Degree).
• Holds a valid working visa for Ireland.
