About Your New Employer

We are currently working with a global organisation within the security and facilities space.  They are seeking to hire a HR Director to lead their Irish Operation which has approximately 1,000 staff and a team of 6 reports within HR.  They are based in Dublin 12.  The team work on a hybrid model and work from the office 3 days per week. 

About Your New Job

• Lead the HR function in Ireland report to the MD and a Regional HR Director based out of the UK.
• Drive HR & Resourcing policy to achieve commercial goals.
• Identify initiatives to increase efficiencies and best practice.
• Management coaching.
• Advise on content for tender documents.
• Management of relationship with trade union parties.
• Identify and implement a new HRIS system.
• Employee relations.
• Management of L&D programs

What Skills You Need

• 5yrs HR Management experience
• Ideally coming from a services industry in an international organisation
• HR Qualification
• Strong communication skills
