HR Business Partner - Manufacturing - West Cork - Perm

Duties

  • Act as the HR lead building relationships with employees, managers, and senior management.
  • Manage employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, conflict resolution, and escalation of issues where needed.
  • Partner with site leadership to ensure a safe, fair, and high-performing workplace.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development 
  • Monitor absence and performance trends
  • Champion employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on key HR metrics 

Experience:

  • Degree or professional qualification in HR 
  • 5+ years’ HR experience,
  • At least 2 years in a senior generalist capacity.
  • Ideally coming from SME or manufacturing background
