HR Business Partner - Manufacturing - West Cork - Perm
Duties
- Act as the HR lead building relationships with employees, managers, and senior management.
- Manage employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, conflict resolution, and escalation of issues where needed.
- Partner with site leadership to ensure a safe, fair, and high-performing workplace.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development
- Monitor absence and performance trends
- Champion employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
- Provide regular reporting and insights on key HR metrics
Experience:
- Degree or professional qualification in HR
- 5+ years’ HR experience,
- At least 2 years in a senior generalist capacity.
- Ideally coming from SME or manufacturing background
