A growing sustainable energy organisation is keen to welcome a HR Business Partner to their team.  This is a new role for the organisation which as been created to help the company as they continue to scale and innovate in one of the fastest growing markets. 

 

About Your New Job

  • Working as a trusted advisor to the business and supporting the leadership team to drive existing and new HR strategies.
  • Being creative in the promotion and development of employee engagement policies and tasks.
  • Working with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent.
  • Management of the onboarding process for all new employees.
  • Responsible for Employee Relations queries.
  • Supporting payroll, comp & bens.
  • Creating data-driven management reports.
  • Developing and maintaining policies and procedures.

 

What Skills You Need

  • 2-4yrs Senior HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience
  • HR Qualification and/or a CIPD qualification
  • Strong knowledge of Irish Employment Law
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to influence
  • Full, clean drivers licence
