Job description

HR Business Partner
Seeking experienced HR Business Partners for multiple of 6-12 Month FTC’s in Dublin, these are available in a number of industries including Pharma and MedTech, Manufacturing, Energy and Public Sector.

Responsibilities include:
• Partnering with management and senior stakeholders within the business, offering coaching and guidance on HR best practice.
• Leadership training and development.
• Introducing performance management plan.
• Compensation and Benefits Projects, running salary surveys.
• Employee Relations – working with unions for one client in particular.
• L&D Initiatives.

Requirements:
• 3+ years’ experience within a business partnering role.
• CIPD Qualification, Excellent Knowledge of Employment law.
• Global experience, some exposure to EMEA regions.
• Strong systems experience – ideally Workday.
• Will look at Senior HR Generalists for some opportunities.
