HR Business Partner - Part-time (12 Month FTC)
Our client is an electrical manufacturer’s based in North Dublin and are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team, on a part-time basis for 12 Months.

Responsibilities:
• Supporting the implementation of all HR Initiatives within the business.
• HR initiatives include performance management, succession planning and employee engagement.
• Act as a coach and advisor to leadership team on all HR processes.
• Support all compensation and benefits activities.
• Facilitating training and learning and development activities.

Requirements:
• 3+ years’ experience working at Business Partner level.
• Experience within a similar industry.
• Third Level Degree and CIPD Qualification.

What’s on Offer
• €60,000+ annual salary (pro-rata for part-time hours)
