HR Business Partner

Our client is a large financial institution seeking a HRBP to join their team on a 15 month FTC. Working as part of a team supporting the delivery of solutions for retention, recruitment, employee relations and employee engagement.

About Your New Job

• Mentor and guide management on the people first strategy, with a focus on talent management, performance management, culture, and engagement.
• Act as coach and business partner to leaders and business teams, consult with all leaders on issues such as ER, compensation and rewards, disciplinary’s and grievance’s.
• Keep updated on labour law changes and provide advice to line managers on personnel issues.
• Partner with the TA function to ensure talent pipeline is strong and support in recruitment and hiring process.
• Lead and manage ad hoc projects as assigned by the Senior HR Management Team.

What Skills You Need

• 5yrs experience in a HR Business Partner
• Thorough understanding of Irish employment legislation and awareness of HR best practice.
• Skilled in the management of employee relations.
• Experience using HR management systems - Success Factors experience an advantage.
• Experience with online recruitment tools (such as LinkedIn), and highly competent with all general workplace software (Email, Word, Powerpoint, Excel).
• Strong numerical, verbal and written communication skills.
• Be able to demonstrate creative and innovative approaches to enhancing processes/ operations.
