HR Business Partner
Our client is a large financial institution seeking a HRBP to join their team on a 15 month FTC. Working as part of a team supporting the delivery of solutions for retention, recruitment, employee relations and employee engagement.
About Your New Job
- Mentor and guide management on the people first strategy, with a focus on talent management, performance management, culture, and engagement.
- Act as coach and business partner to leaders and business teams, consult with all leaders on issues such as ER, compensation and rewards, disciplinary’s and grievance’s.
- Keep updated on labour law changes and provide advice to line managers on personnel issues.
- Partner with the TA function to ensure talent pipeline is strong and support in recruitment and hiring process.
- Lead and manage ad hoc projects as assigned by the Senior HR Management Team.
What Skills You Need
- 5yrs experience in a HR Business Partner
- Thorough understanding of Irish employment legislation and awareness of HR best practice.
- Skilled in the management of employee relations.
- Experience using HR management systems - Success Factors experience an advantage.
- Experience with online recruitment tools (such as LinkedIn), and highly competent with all general workplace software (Email, Word, Powerpoint, Excel).
- Strong numerical, verbal and written communication skills.
- Be able to demonstrate creative and innovative approaches to enhancing processes/ operations.
