About Your New Employer

Our client, Ireland solar energy experts are seeking a HRBP to join their growing team. With 140 employees this role requires the new HRBP to support management with performance, probations’,  retaining staff and recruitment.

About Your New Job

  • Lead in the development of strategic HR programs from engagement, performance management, succession, culture evolution etc.
  • Work with leadership to drive a culture of recognition & engagement with focus on inclusion & diversity across the business, with a lens on continuous improvement in the programs developed to support this.
  • Act as a coach and trusted advisor of people leaders, aiming to empower them by developing their capability, supported by the development of flexible people processes.
  • Develop learning programs or toolkits to support leaders in enhancing their leadership competence and confidence.
  • Support managers on all employee relations issues, including performance management, absence, disciplinary & grievance procedures.
  • Working closely with the recruitment team to develop more future focused workforce planning ensuring we are hiring cultural enhancers, with the right experience to ensure we successfully deliver on our strategy.
  • Support on the implementation of our HRIS system and act as a champion of it so that we are leveraging it successfully, gaining engagement across the business enabling robust and impactful data insights supporting good decision making.


What Skills You Need

  • 5 years in a HR role with 2 - 3 years’ experience at a HR Business Partner level
  • Good knowledge of HR best practice & Irish legislation
  • Ability to influence across all levels of the Company.
  • Good attention to detail and judgement
  • Desire to work in a growing business where things are evolving.
