About your New Job:

  • Payroll end to end
  • All reports relating to payroll
  • Maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of the employee portal, reviewing feedback, and updating articles
  • Manage relationships and collaborate with a strategic partner.
  • Administer different HR requests for changes related to labor contract conditions or other requests received from managers and employees, maximize results from HR partners
  • Provides support to HR for organizational changes and organizational design initiatives
  • Maintain relationships with external HR vendors – prepare risk assessments for HR agreed-on vendors linked to the HR service area
  • Provide advice and support on planning for annual compensation reviews, be active during the compensation planning process

What Skills You Need:

  • 3/5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • IPASS Qualification significant advantage
