HR ADMINISTRATOR - FMCG - PERMANENT - 5 days in the office - €40k.
Main duties:
- Act as the main point of contact for all employees and provide excellent HR support and
expertise. - Recommend and Implement new HR policies, procedures and initiatives .
- Develop a strong business partnering relationship with managers and ensure all decision.
- Organize transport for new worker which involves out of hours work.
- Event Planning- Christmas Parties, Lunches.
- Carry Out Risk Assessments.
- Refer Employees to occupational health when necessary.
- Over the Employment Assistance Programme.
- Manage and monitor employees working hours and send weekly reports to the management team.
Experience
- Min 3 years in a similiar role.
- Relevant qualification.
- Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment regulations.
- Possesses excellent communication and relationship building skills.
