HR ADMINISTRATOR - FMCG - PERMANENT - 5 days in the office - €40k.

Main duties:

  • Act as the main point of contact for all employees and provide excellent HR support and
    expertise.
  • Recommend and Implement new HR policies, procedures and initiatives .
  • Develop a strong business partnering relationship with managers and ensure all decision.
  • Organize transport for new worker which involves out of hours work.
  • Event Planning- Christmas Parties, Lunches.
  • Carry Out Risk Assessments.
  • Refer Employees to occupational health when necessary.
  • Over the Employment Assistance Programme.
  • Manage and monitor employees working hours and send weekly reports to the management team.

Experience

  • Min 3 years in a similiar role.
  • Relevant qualification.
  • Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment regulations.
  • Possesses excellent communication and relationship building skills.
