HR Administrator

Location: Onsite, Galway City (West side of the City). After probation you can WFH one day per week.

Type of contract: Permanent

Hours – Monday to Friday, office hours (8am to 4.30pm or 8.30am to 5pm for example)

HR Administration Job responsibilities:

This role is part of a busy and well-established HR team in Galway City. You will be supporting the team with administration including; Dealing with employee HR queries, Maintaining HR records, Contracts of employment, Accommodation bookings, Expenses, attending career fairs, conducting Exit interviews etc

What Skills You Need for this HR Administrator Job Opportunity:

Good communication skills, able to process employee information with high levels of confidentiality, excellent organisational skills and accurate data entry skills. It would be highly beneficial if applicants have prior/current HR Admin experience.
