About Your New Role
- Organizing and maintaining personnel records and internal databases
- Preparing and updating various HR documents, such as contracts, policies, and reports
- Supporting the HR department in various tasks
- Assisting in payroll and benefits administration
- Supervising new employee onboarding and orientation
- Publishing job ads and scheduling interviews
- Responding to employee inquiries and issues
What Skills You Need
- A qualification in HR or related field
- Previous experience in a similar position is preferable
- Own transport is essential
