About Your New Employer 

  • A family owned food business with a strong presence in West Cork and Cork City 
  • This is a 3 month position based in either West Cork or Cork City 
  • Candidates must be eligible to work full time in Ireland 


About Your New Role 

  • Organizing and maintaining personnel records and internal databases
  • Preparing and updating various HR documents, such as contracts, policies, and reports
  • Supporting the HR department in various tasks
  • Assisting in payroll and benefits administration
  • Supervising new employee onboarding and orientation
  • Publishing job ads and scheduling interviews
  • Responding to employee inquiries and issues


What Skills You Need 

  • A qualification in HR or related field 
  • Previous experience in a similar position is preferable 
  • Own transport is essential 
  • Excellent organisational skills essential 
  • Ability to multitask essential
