- Use of an internal HRM system.
- Creating & maintaining employee files – hard & soft copies.
- Collection of timesheets for payroll.
- Assisting with the site newsletter.
- Ad-hoc administration duties.
What Skills You Need
- HR qualification or working towards one is desirable but not essential.
- IT skills.
