_{My client within the Pharma space are growing their Tax Team and have a requirement for a Tax Manager with strong Compliance and corporate tax exp. You will be involved with the growth of the company from a tax perspective the role is based in Drogheda and you will be required in the office 2-3 days a week and the remainder at home} 

_{Responsibilities}

• _{Ensure compliance with local direct and indirect tax legislation in all jurisdictions}
• _{Work with the accounting and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate recording of liabilities and associated payments}
• _{Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe}
• _{Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting and expertise}
• _{Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns}
• _{Identify and mitigate tax risks}
• _{Coordinate accounting staff and assess their performance}
• _{Manage tax provision and tax compliance process}
• _{Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices}
• _{Manage and coordinate tax audits}
• _{Maintain tax balances on general ledger}
• _{Prepare all tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests}
• _{Preparation of corporate tax returns and related compliance , its branches, subsidiaries, and related group entities including ensuring all preliminary tax obligations for the Group are met}
• _{Interest Reporting, Withholding Tax, FATCA, CRS and Related Informational Returns}
• _{Transfer Pricing Compliance}
• _{Stamp Duty Compliance}

_Experience

• _{6 years or more within a Tax role – Mix of practice and Industry exp}
• _{Qualified Tax Accountant with a strong multi-national background}
