Ireland’s largest distributor of commercial and residential hardware, who supply a range of specialised parts for windows and doors across Ireland are looking for a Head of Sales to lead the team.
About Your New Job
- Manage a team of 4 Sales Executives
- Gain and retain a network of contacts to develop new business
- Set objectives for team and drive to achieve them
- Manage the existing portfolio of customers and project pipeline
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior leadership.
What Skills You Need
- 4- 5 years of sales management in construction industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the window and door manufacturing process
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Full clean driving license
