My client, a leading payments solutions company is recruiting a Head of Operations to be based in their South Dublin office (Hybrid).
The Head of Operations will be responsible primarily for the delivery of services across retail, web, and mobile channels. This includes supporting product implementation, overseeing facilities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations
About Your New Job, the main duties:
- Coordinate operational support for new product rollouts, ensuring alignment with CRM and business continuity systems.
- Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to ensure ISO 27001 standards are met.
- Work closely with Product Owners, IT, and Sales to ensure operational alignment with strategic goals.
- Identify and implement improvements to mitigate operational risks and enhance service resilience.
What skills You Need
- Proven experience (at least 5 years) in operations management, preferably in a payments driven environment.
- Strong understanding of terminal infrastructure, service delivery processes, and CRM systems.
- Experience working with third party vendors
