About Your New Job  

- Head of Finance role with path to CFO in the future as the company grows.
- Full ownership for the finance function and subsequent reporting and accounting close
- Accounting Function growth including recruitment of team as business continues to grow.
- Commercial input to assist with revenue growth.

Key duties will include:

- Work with your colleagues in our Commercial function to ensure accurate, competitive pricing for our clients to drive revenue growth.
- Work with your colleagues in Medical to ensure accurate and timely payments to contributing healthcare professionals, while maximising gross margin.
- Support your colleagues in our Talent function to manage payroll across seven countries.
- Lead financial planning and forecasting in collaboration with our senior leaderships.
- Take responsibility for our cash conversion cycle, putting in place systems to ensure the efficient deployment of cash resources.
- Report consolidated books and financial metrics to the Board and to our investors monthly.
- Manage our relationships with external accountants across five countries.
- Evaluation financing and investment options and make recommendations to the Board.
- Compliance with financial regulations including transfer pricing, VAT and other tax obligations.
- Recommend cost control initiatives and measures.

What Skills You Need  

- Qualified Accountant with PQE.
- Experience working for a SAAS Company in a managerial role.
- Exposure to fund raising (VC/PE or Grant applications) – This is non negotiable!
- CV which shows excellent career trajectory.
- A hunger to work in a start-up environment, roll the sleeves up and get your hands dirty!
