About Your New Job
- As the Head of Customer Excellence, you will develop and implement customer service and experience strategies that align with business goals.
- Lead and manage a team of 6, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
- Enhance customer service processes to improve the entire customer journey, from acquisition through renewal and beyond.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Utilise data analytics to generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
What Skills You Need
- 5-10 years’ experience in strategic customer service roles, ideally in the energy sector or similar, with experience in the growth phase of an organisation.
- Proven ability to manage, coach, and mentor teams.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Ability to develop and implement customer-centric strategies.
- Strong ability to analyse customer metrics and create actionable plans.
