An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Customer Excellence to join a rapidly growing organisation in the energy sector. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in South Dublin with a highly competitive salary and benefits package.

About Your New Job

As Head of Customer Excellence, you will:

  • Lead and manage a team responsible for the full customer journey from pre-contract through post-sale support.

  • Develop and execute customer service strategies that drive operational efficiency and superior customer experiences.

  • Work closely with Marketing to enhance acquisition and retention strategies.

  • Analyse customer metrics to generate actionable insights for Sales and wider commercial teams.

  • Support organisational growth initiatives by embedding a customer-first culture across all operations.

  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback and CRM insights (Salesforce platform).

What You Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5–10 years' experience in senior customer operations or customer excellence roles, preferably in the energy sector or related industries.

  • Demonstrated experience managing teams in high-growth or transformation environments.

  • Strong strategic leadership skills combined with a hands-on operational approach.

  • Experience working with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.

  • A commercial mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong interpersonal skills.
