About Your New Job
As Head of Customer Excellence, you will:
Lead and manage a team responsible for the full customer journey from pre-contract through post-sale support.
Develop and execute customer service strategies that drive operational efficiency and superior customer experiences.
Work closely with Marketing to enhance acquisition and retention strategies.
Analyse customer metrics to generate actionable insights for Sales and wider commercial teams.
Support organisational growth initiatives by embedding a customer-first culture across all operations.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback and CRM insights (Salesforce platform).
What You Need
To be successful in this role, you will need:
5–10 years' experience in senior customer operations or customer excellence roles, preferably in the energy sector or related industries.
Demonstrated experience managing teams in high-growth or transformation environments.
Strong strategic leadership skills combined with a hands-on operational approach.
Experience working with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
A commercial mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong interpersonal skills.
