Group Financial Controller position with a renewable energy business operating globally.

About Your New Job

Key member of the Leadership Team, you will report directly to the Head of Finance with a dotted line to the C-suite.
Inspire, motivate and manage the finance team through collaborative goal setting, example setting, mentoring and coaching.
Prepare external statutory reporting, management reporting to Board, treasury operations, tax strategy, compliance coordination and financial control.
Partner with the CFO, HoF and other senior business leaders to drive the development of the business, enhancing processes and performance of the finance function.
Influence decision making at operational and strategic levels.

What You Need

Qualified accountant with c. 7 years + PQE (ACA, ACCA etc.,)
A proven ability to manage a high performing team.
Strong group reporting experience.
Ideally experience within the renewable energy, property or asset based industry.
Unrestricted work rights in Ireland (sponsorship not on offer).
