About Your New Employer

About Your New Role 

• Crushing and grinding (comminution) equipment
• Process performance including heat transfer applications, material/mass balances and process design
• Kiln performance and quality control issues
• Environmental engineering and performance monitoring
• Assist with kiln overhauls, senior engineers & managers with projects or process improvements
• Responsible for redirecting contractors on specific jobs or projects (in the particular plant where you are assigned)
• Complete assignments, which will include troubleshooting to resolve manufacturing problems and implementation of improvement programs.
• Assist in the preparation & maintenance of documented manuals/processes

What Skills You Need 

• Ideal Candidates will be aiming for a 1.1/2.1 honours degree 
• You will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills will be a distinct advantage
