About The Employer:

About Your New Job:
• Build key customer relationships with existing customers while also generating new customer leads and boost sales
• Oversee KPI and Sales Revenue with unassigned accounts using the data bank
• Ensure all client issues are managed efficiently while advising the client of new products
• Confirming online orders and consumer details
• Ensure personal sales goals are met (weekly)
• Join weekly team discussions to talk about and share recent experiences with the team
• Maintain continual product knowledge of all goods and processes
• In your new position you will be given continuous training, support and mentoring from your manager
• Senior Management may assign any other tasks/projects as needed

What Skills/Experience You Need:
• Fluency in English and German
• Great sales experience in building stakeholder relationships
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Advanced IT skills (Microsoft)
• Excellent ability to collaborate and communicate in a fast paced environment
• A go getter attitude with initiative and decision making skills while also able to focus on active listening and asking questions
• High level of attention to detail and organisation
• Great ability to work as part of a team
• Enthusiasm for excellent, quality customer service

• €25k Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
• Monday – Friday 8AM – 4.30PM (Early finish on Fridays)
