About Your New Job as a Collections Administrator in the German market

You will carry out Collections functions to include Direct Debit Runs, Online collections and payments, premium related queries, reconciliations of accounts
You will prioritise your workload in line with team targets and react positively to ever-changing business demands
Ensure accuracy in all written correspondence to clients and brokers as well as in updating the system
Provide excellent customer service to our clients and sales partners, solving problems swiftly and preventing unnecessary delays
Build positive and professional working relationships with colleagues in Germany, as well as with other internal departments 

What Skills You Need
• Fluent German and English
• Excellent administration experience
• Insurance experience desirable
