• The working days will be Tuesday to Saturday 9am to 6pm

About Your New German speaking Job

• They are looking for a German speaker to work in the busy order management and customer services team
• You will be dealing with customers regarding their orders and any related queries and resolving any issues
• You will be dealing with these customers via phone, online chat and email
• You will be dealing with any issues from beginning to end and finding appropriate solutions and resolving these issue
• Order Management and order processing
• Any other administration duties

What skills you need for this German Job:

• Written and spoken fluent German
• Written and spoken fluent English
• At least 2 years’ experience working in a customer services position within an office environment
• Order management a strong advantage
• Medical or health knowledge a strong advantage
