About Your New Job - German Account Executive - DACH Region
As an Account Executive at Tive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a robust sales pipeline aligned with Tive's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Here's what you'll be doing:
Prospecting: Actively seek new opportunities in enterprise businesses within the DACH market.
Data Management: Keep Salesforce updated with accurate information on all sales activities, account details, and opportunities.
Forecasting: Conduct weekly business forecasting, ensuring that your opportunities align with Tive's sales process criteria.
Client Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, ensuring sustained growth and generating referrals.
Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and other teams to develop, implement, and refine a Go-to-Market strategy for your assigned region.
Representation: Be the embodiment of Tive's core values while representing the company to potential clients.
What Skills You Need for this German Account Executive - SaaS Sales Job
To excel in this role, you'll need:
Sales Experience: Full sales cycle experience in B2B SaaS, IoT, or technology positions.
Language Proficiency: Native-level German language skills.
Client Size Experience: Previous experience selling to 'Enterprise' size clients.

- OTE (On Target Earnings): €150K.
