About Your New Job As a Production Operator, you will:
Work as part of a dedicated production team in a factory environment.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
Meet daily production targets and contribute to overall efficiency.
Participate in training programs to gain versatility in different production areas.
What Skills You Need
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Attention to detail and ability to follow safety and quality guidelines.
Willingness to work fixed shifts (either days or evenings) and occasional Friday overtime shifts.
What’s on Offer
Salary: €14.49 per hour (day Shift), €15.25 per hour (evening Shift).
Overtime paid at 1.5x the standard hourly rate.
20 days of annual leave.
Fixed shift patterns: Days (Monday – Thursday, 5:45 AM – 4:15 PM) or Nights (Monday – Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM).
Weekend shift bonus (+4 extra hours).
